Joanna Ladue, CPC
Billing Specialist
Joanna comes to us after 22 years of hospital work. Her positions there ranged from the Emergency Department to Social work, and everything in between.
Wanting to expand her knowledge, she took a coding class. This sparked her interest and led Joanna to a career change in medical billing.
In her spare time, Joanna works with Champlain Valley Canine Rescue, fostering dogs who are in need of some serious TLC. Once they are rehabilitated, she assists in finding them a new safe and happy home.
