Jade Hickey

Team Lead

Before joining the team at PedsOne, Jade was the Director, Train Traffic Control at RailTerm.  In her 15 year career there, she had started out as a train dispatcher and worked her way up to the director position.  When Jade and her husband relocated, she wanted to work for a company that cared about it’s employees and clients.  She was excited to find PedsOne and was happy they brought her onto the team without prior billing experience.

Everyone Jade works with at PedsOne has been very helpful and supportive.  She’s enjoyed building relationships within the office and with her clients.

In her downtime, Jade enjoys hiking, being on the water, and spending time with her husband and her old english bull dog.
