Tonya began her career in medical billing here at PedsOne.
With a keen knowledge of software applications, and a strong desire to learn, Tonya had no issue transitioning into her role here. She came to us with professional bookkeeping experience. She also had the life experience of being a stay at home Mom, which we all know requires extreme patience and organization. Her specialty lies in listening to a client’s issues, and researching their accounts until the problem is solved.
Tonya is a very social person. She enjoys going out to dinner, and spending time with family and friends. She gives us all a laugh with internet Memes that she can find for any situation.
