Joanna brings over 22 years of extensive healthcare experience to the team, having served in diverse roles ranging from Emergency Department operations to Social Work. Driven by a commitment to professional growth and expanding her skill set, she pursued specialized training in medical coding, which inspired a successful transition into medical billing.
Outside of her professional practice, Joanna is dedicated to animal welfare, volunteering with the Champlain Valley Canine Rescue to foster and rehabilitate dogs in need of support and forever homes.
