Jade brings a wealth of operational experience to PedsOne, having transitioned into healthcare billing after a successful 15-year career in the railroad industry. During her tenure as Director of Train Traffic Control at RailTerm, Jade demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills, qualities she has seamlessly integrated into her role at PedsOne. Although she joined the team without a background in medical billing, her adaptability and dedication to continuous learning have made her a valued team member.
At PedsOne, Jade is known for her supportive nature and her commitment to building strong, collaborative relationships with both colleagues and clients. She deeply values the company’s culture and its focus on client care.
A Vermont native, Jade currently resides in Florida with her husband, Wayne, and their dog, Primrose. Outside of the office, she enjoys an active lifestyle that includes hiking and spending time on the water.
