Donna resides in South Florida and is CPC and CPB certified by the AAPC. With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Before joining PedsOne, Donna served as a practice manager, specializing in revenue cycle management for a multi-specialty practice that included neurology, cardiology, pulmonary, and primary care. Prior to her healthcare career, she spent several years as a flight attendant with American Airlines.
Donna has been married to her husband, Kenneth, for 27 years. They have three children—Terika, Donnie Tyler, and Ethan—and are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their fourth grandchild this July. At home, she is kept company by her spoiled miniature schnauzer, Frannie.
With a deep passion for travel and adventure, Donna loves exploring new cities and countries. She lives by the motto that life is meant to be lived to the fullest, and she embraces every day as a new opportunity for adventure. In her free time, she enjoys boating, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, hiking, and reading at the beach—essentially anything that involves the water. She often jokes that she must have been a mermaid in a past life.
