Patient Account Specialist

Brittany joins PedsOne remotely from Southeastern Vermont.

In her off time, she enjoys reading, painting, chasing sunsets, watching scary movies and spending time with her dog, family and friends.

Prior to coming to PedsOne, Brittany worked for a small local hospital managing patient appointments and insurance prior authorizations for the PT/OT, Neurology & Physiatry departments.

As we get busier, one of the challenges we are facing is not losing the personal attention that sets us apart from our competitors. PedsOne provides service the same way we try to: individualized and personal. We really appreciate it. Working with Nancy is a pleasure. She and (our office manager) seem to work seamlessly.
