Caroline transitioned into the healthcare sector at a privately owned cardiology practice, where she established her foundation in billing and reimbursement. Her responsibilities included charge posting, resolving complex insurance and billing discrepancies, managing denials, and providing clear, empathetic support to patients regarding their accounts.
