Before joining PedsOne, Jordan spent the last 7 years working with a local pediatrician’s office in customer service and billing. She then transitioned to Customer Relations in pain management, where she continued to polish her skills in the healthcare industry.

In her spare time, Jordan enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her 3 cats, Vincent, Claude and Luca.

Jordan is an avid reader and when she’s not lost in her current book, you can find her at a concert, at a game night with friends, or outdoors with her camera, seeking inspiration for her next photo session.
